A dynamic portfolio created by analyzing market-moving news from across the energy sector.

Rapid advances in artificial intelligence, alongside broader electrification and technological growth, are creating a new wave of energy demand. Meeting that demand will require investment across the whole system, from power generation and grid infrastructure to fuels, services, and emerging energy technologies. The Energy Portfolio is designed to track this broad transformation as it unfolds.

Polaron processes infromation through an energy graph: a relationship map connecting companies, infrastructure, commodities, policy, and market structure. News and market context are routed through the graph to estimate per-company impact and tilt portfolio weights around a baseline allocation.

How it works

The portfolio evolves from a baseline allocation at each rebalancing step using an aggregation of information about the energy sector.

Baseline

The default allocation balances exposure across selected energy industries, then weights companies inside each industry using market-cap-informed sizing.

Analysis

News is connected to the companies and sector influences that are most likely affected, then translated into impact estimates that guide portfolio positioning.

Rebalance

Impact estimates are used to adjust the baseline, choose the strongest portfolio candidates, and apply concentration limits so single-company exposure stays constrained.

Default portfolio

The baseline allocation provides a starting point with broad industry exposure.
